GIMAS Girgin Machine Manufacturing, Assembly & Engineering Industry & Trade Inc. was founded in 1976 to manufacture steel structures and pressure vessels, and today operates as a globally active industrial enterprise delivering high value-added solutions to sectors including machinery, mining, cement, energy, mineral processing, refining and nuclear power.
Since its inception, GIMAS has combined Türkiye’s industrial strength with international quality standards to provide high-performance solutions for both domestic and global projects. With precise sector needs analysis, robust engineering capabilities, internationally certified production processes, and an experienced team, GIMAS has established itself as a trusted global partner.
The company’s production journey began in 1978 in a 6,000 m² workshop, and in 1992 it moved to its current 8,000 m² facility in the İzmir Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone, marking the start of international exports. Today, GIMAS operates across a total usable space of 83,000 m² and is expanding its global footprint with a new 10,000 m² production facility in Malta and an office in Germany, both aimed at strengthening its responsiveness in international markets.
GIMAS specializes in heavy industrial equipment, including turbine and generator components, pressure vessels and heat exchangers, and supports key sectors such as renewable energy, hydroelectric, refinery, cement and mining with its advanced manufacturing capabilities.
