Gemak Group was established in 1969 in the Haliç district of Istanbul and is today recognized as one of the leading players in the industry in Türkiye and worldwide, thanks to its technical expertise and capabilities.
Gemak Group operates across four locations—Gemak Tuzla Shipyard, Gemak TGE Shipyard, Neta Pipe and Steel Construction Factory, and Gemak Altınova Facilities—covering a total area of 336,000 m².
The company’s activities in ship repair and maintenance, ship conversion, new shipbuilding, offshore vessel construction, and steel structure industries have made it the preferred partner for globally demanded projects, with a vision to be best-in-class in its sector.
With its advanced infrastructure, Gemak has contributed to major projects such as the steel structure construction of the İzmit Bay Bridge, the production of steel decks for the 3rd Bosphorus Bridge, and the manufacture of high-quality steel structures, positioning itself as one of the leading manufacturing companies in the region.
With over 50 years of experience, Gemak Group proudly stands as one of the most competitive shipyards in the Mediterranean, having served more than 3,000 shipowners and operators.
