The Draft Specifications for the YEKA OWPP -2026 Tender, to be conducted by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, have been published.
The Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources of the Republic of Türkiye has published on 22 June 2026 the Draft Specifications for the YEKA OWPP -2026 Tender, which is planned to be conducted within the scope of the Renewable Energy Resource Area (YEKA) Program.
The Specification covers the technical, administrative, and legal principles regarding the development of offshore wind power plants within the Renewable Energy Resource Area (YEKA). In this context, it encompasses project development and investment preparation processes, the construction of the plant, the generation and sale of electricity, as well as the procedures and principles related to production, operation, and the competition, along with other relevant provisions.

According to the announcement made by the Ministry, comments and suggestions regarding the YEKA OWPP -2026 Draft Specifications may be submitted by official letter or e-mail until 17 August 2026.

T.C. Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanlığı tarafından gerçekleştirilmesi planlanan YEKA DÜRES-2026 Yarışması kapsamında DÜRES Şartname Taslağı 22 Haziran 2026 tarihinde yayımlanmıştır.
Söz konusu şartname, Yenilenebilir Enerji Kaynak Alanı (YEKA) kapsamında deniz üstü rüzgâr enerji santrallerinin geliştirilmesine ilişkin teknik, idari ve hukuki esasları kapsamaktadır. Bu kapsamda, proje geliştirme ve yatırım hazırlık süreçleri, santralin kurulumu, elektrik enerjisinin üretimi ve satışı ile üretim, işletme ve yarışma süreçlerine ilişkin usul ve esaslar ile ilgili diğer hükümleri kapsamaktadır.

Bakanlık tarafından yapılan duyuruda, YEKA DÜRES-2026 Şartname Taslağı’na ilişkin görüş ve önerilerin 17 Ağustos 2026 tarihine kadar resmi yazı veya e-posta yoluyla iletilebileceği belirtildi.
